- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design for digital products.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
