  • Analyze spa performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Cosmetology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management or a senior role within the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Proven experience in managing staff, operations, and client services, ideally with remote team oversight.
  • In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, skincare, and wellness therapies.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and revenue generation strategies.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using spa management software and other relevant technologies for remote operations.
