- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in technical recruiting, with a strong specialization in Cloud and Infrastructure roles.
- Proven track record of successfully placing senior-level and niche technical talent.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible), and cybersecurity concepts.
- Expert proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche technical communities.
- Exceptional interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate technical aptitude and cultural alignment.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to build credibility with executive-level clients.
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and manage complex recruitment assignments in a remote setting.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
