- Minimum of 8 years of experience in drilling engineering.
- Proven experience in designing and executing various types of well drilling programs.
- Strong knowledge of drilling fluids, cementation, directional drilling, and well control.
- Proficiency in drilling simulation software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.
- Commitment to safety and environmental best practices.
- Experience with international drilling operations is a plus.
