You will be responsible for assessing energy usage, identifying savings opportunities, and guiding clients through the implementation of energy-saving measures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive energy audits for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities.
  • Analyze energy consumption data and identify areas for efficiency improvements.
  • Evaluate the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of various energy-saving technologies and strategies.
  • Develop detailed energy efficiency project proposals and implementation roadmaps.
  • Provide expert recommendations on building envelope improvements, HVAC optimization, lighting upgrades, and renewable energy integration.
  • Calculate potential energy savings, ROI, and payback periods for proposed solutions.
  • Assist clients in navigating incentives, rebates, and regulatory requirements related to energy efficiency.
  • Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on energy-related matters.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in energy efficiency technologies, building science, and sustainability best practices.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, project managers, and other consultants.
  • Track project progress and ensure successful implementation of energy efficiency measures.
  • Contribute to the development of company methodologies and knowledge base in energy consulting.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental), Energy Management, or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in energy efficiency consulting, energy auditing, or related roles.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) or similar are highly desirable.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, energy use in various sectors, and efficiency technologies.
  • Proven experience in conducting detailed energy audits and developing implementation plans.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in energy modeling software and data analysis tools.
  • Understanding of carbon emissions reduction strategies and sustainability frameworks.
  • Experience in client management and proposal development.
