- Minimum of 6 years of experience in real estate market analysis, property valuation, investment analysis, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, valuation principles, and financial modeling techniques.
- Proficiency with real estate databases, data analysis software (e.g., Excel, R, Python), and GIS tools.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment.
- Strong presentation skills.
