  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end supply chain operations.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing, and transportation best practices.
  • Experience with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle SCM, Manhattan Associates).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, especially in a remote setting.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
