  • Developing and maintaining process documentation, including P&IDs, operating procedures, and mass/energy balances.
  • Supporting capital project evaluations and execution from a process engineering perspective.
  • Mentoring junior engineers and sharing technical expertise within a remote team structure.
  • Staying abreast of the latest advancements in chemical engineering and process technology.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Master's degree or PhD is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in chemical process engineering, preferably within manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and data analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and mass transfer.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at remote interaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage projects, and deliver results in a remote environment.
  • Experience with process safety management (PSM) principles is essential.
