Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive food safety and quality assurance programs (HACCP, ISO 22000, etc.).
- Conduct regular internal audits of catering facilities and processes to ensure compliance.
- Oversee supplier qualification and monitoring programs to ensure raw material quality and safety.
- Investigate food safety incidents, customer complaints, and non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- In-depth knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GFSI (e.g., BRC, SQF), and other relevant food safety management systems.
- Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and developing corrective action plans.
