- Train and guide culinary teams and operational staff on food safety protocols, best practices, and hygiene standards.
- Investigate and resolve any food safety incidents or quality deviations, implementing corrective and preventive actions.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), records, and reports.
- Analyze quality data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay current with emerging food safety trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate food safety and quality considerations into new product development and operational changes.
