  • Document all service activities, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and customer feedback, using our digital platform.
  • Identify and recommend upgrades or modifications to improve system efficiency and reliability.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the remote engineering and support teams to share knowledge and find solutions for challenging problems.
  • Manage service parts inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Travel to customer sites as required, adhering to strict safety protocols and efficiency targets.

Qualifications:
  • A technical degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Field Service Technician, preferably with exposure to industrial automation, robotics, or control systems.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), HMI software, and industrial networks.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed within the assigned region.
  • Familiarity with remote diagnostic tools and virtual collaboration platforms is an advantage.
