- Minimum of 7 years of experience in energy efficiency, energy management, or building science.
- Proven experience conducting energy audits and developing energy-saving recommendations.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, lighting, building envelopes, and renewable energy technologies.
- Proficiency in energy modeling software (e.g., eQuest, EnergyPlus) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
- Professional certifications such as CEM (Certified Energy Manager) are highly desirable.
