Our client is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Energy Systems Analyst to contribute to their remote team focused on renewable energy integration. This is a fully remote position that will involve complex modeling and analysis of energy systems, with a particular emphasis on the integration of renewable energy sources into existing grids. You will be responsible for developing and utilizing advanced simulation tools to assess the performance, reliability, and economic viability of various energy technologies and grid configurations. Your work will support strategic decision-making related to grid modernization, renewable energy deployment, and energy storage solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineers, researchers, and project managers to define analytical requirements, interpret results, and communicate findings effectively. Strong expertise in power systems engineering, renewable energy technologies (solar, wind), energy storage systems, and grid integration challenges is essential. Experience with energy modeling software such as PSS/E, PowerFactory DIgSILENT, HOMER, or similar is required. The ability to manage complex analytical projects, interpret large datasets, and present technical information clearly to diverse audiences is crucial. You must be a self-motivated individual capable of working independently and collaboratively within a remote team setting. A Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field, with at least 7 years of relevant experience in energy systems analysis, preferably with a focus on renewables and grid integration, is required. Experience with policy analysis and regulatory frameworks in the energy sector is a plus.

- Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in energy systems analysis, with a strong focus on renewable energy integration.
- Expertise in power system modeling and simulation software (e.g., PSS/E, PowerFactory DIgSILENT, HOMER).
- Solid understanding of renewable energy technologies (solar, wind), energy storage, and grid operations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling techniques.
