We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an early childhood educator, with at least 2 years specifically in curriculum development or instructional design, is required. Proven experience in creating educational materials for digital delivery is a strong advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for developing clear and concise curriculum content. Strong organizational and project management skills are needed to manage multiple development tasks simultaneously. You should have a creative mindset, a passion for early learning, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. Familiarity with early learning standards and frameworks (e.g., EYFS, Montessori principles) is highly beneficial. The ideal candidate will be adept at using various digital tools and platforms for content creation and delivery.
