- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management and digital marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that have driven significant brand growth and engagement.
- Deep understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
