Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Brand Manager with extensive expertise in digital marketing to lead and elevate their brands within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. This is a fully remote position, requiring a strategic visionary who can drive brand growth, enhance market penetration, and build strong consumer connections through innovative digital campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences across all digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans, with a strong emphasis on digital channels, to achieve business objectives for assigned FMCG brands.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
  • Manage the brand's online presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all digital properties.
  • Conduct market research and consumer insights analysis to identify new opportunities and trends within the FMCG landscape and digital marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and sales data, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development, creative) and external agencies to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key digital influencers, partners, and media outlets.
  • Lead the identification and development of new digital marketing channels and tactics to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Ensure brand compliance with all marketing regulations and internal policies.
  • Contribute to product innovation and packaging design by providing market and consumer-centric feedback.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and e-commerce, particularly within the FMCG industry.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members in a remote setting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management and digital marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that have driven significant brand growth and engagement.
  • Deep understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make informed marketing decisions.
