  • Oversee the integration of hardware and software components into complete aerospace systems.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for system validation and verification.
  • Collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, and testing teams to resolve system-level issues.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards, regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA), and best practices.
  • Conduct system reviews, design reviews, and trade studies.
  • Mentor and guide junior systems engineers, fostering technical excellence.
  • Contribute to risk management and mitigation strategies for aerospace projects.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in aerospace systems engineering.
  • Proven expertise in system design, integration, and verification of complex aerospace platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of aerospace systems, including but not limited to avionics, flight controls, power systems, and propulsion.
  • Experience with system modeling and simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, Modelica).
  • Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and methodologies (e.g., MBSE).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with remote, international teams.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and work independently with high accountability.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., INCOSE ASEP/CSEP) are a plus.
