- Proficiency in systems engineering tools such as DOORS, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar.
- Experience with safety analysis techniques (e.g., FMEA, FTA).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a remote setting.
