- Strong knowledge of learning theories, pedagogical approaches, and assessment methods.
- Proficiency in developing educational content for various delivery formats (print, digital, blended learning).
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Excellent research, writing, and editing skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote team environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience in the Kenyan education system is a plus.

- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex educational concepts clearly.
