  • Expertise in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, Revit Structure).
  • Thorough knowledge of building codes and engineering standards (e.g., IBC, ASCE).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities for remote teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a significant advantage.
