  • Strong understanding of material properties, manufacturing processes, and testing methodologies relevant to advanced materials (e.g., polymers, composites, ceramics).
  • Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and quality management tools.
  • Experience with various testing equipment and laboratory procedures.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with remote teams.
