You will be responsible for developing and implementing QA strategies, ensuring product conformity, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.

- Oversee incoming, in-process, and final product inspections, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to address quality concerns.
- Maintain and improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Develop and deliver quality training programs for manufacturing personnel.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization.
- Prepare quality reports and documentation for internal review and external audits.
- Champion a culture of quality throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical), Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in quality management systems (QMS), such as ISO 9001.
- Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience with root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams).
- Proficiency in quality inspection techniques and the use of measurement equipment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document procedures and reports effectively.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
- Experience with quality audits and regulatory compliance.
