  • Advanced knowledge of heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, Pro/ENGINEER).
  • Hands-on experience with thermal testing equipment and data acquisition systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor team members.
  • Experience in the electronics, aerospace, or automotive industries is highly desirable.
