The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with order management systems (OMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS). Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels across all channels and initiate replenishment orders as needed.
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of orders, ensuring quality control and presentation standards are met.

Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or order processing.
- Proven experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
