- Provide guidance and support to instructors on online teaching methodologies and platform usage.
- Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or online course creation.
- Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and adult learning theories.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational technologies.
- Experience with multimedia development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
