Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to, vendor agreements, service agreements, licensing agreements, partnership agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Provide expert legal counsel to internal business units on contractual rights, obligations, and potential risks associated with proposed transactions.
- Ensure all contracts and legal documents comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage contract lifecycle, including advising on contract interpretation, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on complex legal issues impacting the business.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard contract templates and legal processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.

- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from a reputable institution.
- Admission to the bar and licensed to practice law in at least one relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in corporate law, with a strong focus on commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation. Experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department is highly desirable.
