The ideal candidate possesses a Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree, admission to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction, and a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in corporate law, with a significant emphasis on commercial contract negotiation and drafting, preferably gained at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department. Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, excellent negotiation abilities, and a pragmatic, business-oriented approach are essential.
