Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in telecommunications network engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), switching technologies, MPLS, SD-WAN, and IP networking.
- Experience with network security principles, firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios) and network simulation software.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop talent.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
