- Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE) are highly desirable.
