Responsibilities:
- Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
- Develop and implement optimized manufacturing processes, workflows, and layouts using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of tooling, fixtures, and production equipment.
- Manage manufacturing engineering projects from concept through implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless product realization.

- Effectively communicate project status, technical insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders via virtual channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering, with demonstrated experience in process optimization and project leadership.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred), and statistical process control (SPC).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing automation, robotics, CNC machining, and assembly processes.
- Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing technical teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information effectively.
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with various industry-specific quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
