Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with a significant focus on power systems design and analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Expertise in power electronics, rotating machinery, control systems, and grid integration.
- Proficiency in relevant simulation and design software (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, ETAP, PSS/E, AutoCAD Electrical).
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
