- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical design issues during the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Stay current with advancements in electrical engineering technologies, software, and best practices.
- Develop and implement electrical design standards and procedures.
- Manage project timelines and budgets for electrical design components.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in electrical design engineering, with a strong focus on power systems.
- Proven experience in leading design teams and managing electrical engineering projects.
- Proficiency in electrical CAD software such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of power system analysis software (e.g., ETAP, PSS/E).
- In-depth understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
