- Extensive experience with structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro).
- Proficiency in design using steel, concrete, and timber materials.
- Strong knowledge of seismic design principles and building codes (e.g., IBC, Eurocodes).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and manage multiple projects.
- Experience in forensic engineering or structural investigations is a plus.
