  • Stay abreast of new exploration technologies and methodologies.
  • Contribute to project planning and budget development for exploration initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate geological findings effectively to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology, Geological Engineering, or a related earth science field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in mineral exploration geology.
  • Proven experience in 3D geological modeling and resource estimation software (e.g., Leapfrog, Micromine, Datamine).
  • Strong understanding of structural geology, stratigraphy, and mineralization processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
  • Experience in various commodity types is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of exploration geology specific to the Bungoma, Bungoma, KE region or similar geological terrains is a plus.
