- Stay updated on the latest exploration techniques and technologies.
- Manage project budgets and timelines for exploration initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Geology, Economic Geology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mineral exploration and resource estimation.
- Proficiency in geological modeling software (e.g., Leapfrog, Vulcan, Datamine).
- Strong understanding of structural geology, mineralogy, and petrology.
- Proven experience in fieldwork and data acquisition in diverse geological settings.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote environment.
- Membership in relevant professional geological societies is a plus.
