Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote technical support for installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and system issues through remote communication.
  • Guide on-site personnel or clients through complex installation and configuration procedures.
  • Develop and maintain clear, concise technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
  • Perform remote diagnostics and analysis of equipment performance data.
  • Identify root causes of technical problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to report product issues and suggest improvements.
  • Manage service requests and prioritize tasks to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide training and support to field technicians or end-users as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in all remote guidance.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial or technical equipment.
