Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in cleaning and sanitation management, preferably in industrial, commercial, or hospitality settings.
  • In-depth knowledge of hygiene principles, cleaning chemicals, and sanitation techniques.
  • Experience in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cleaning and sanitation.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to sanitation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough audits remotely.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and motivate diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in using technology for reporting and communication (e.g., video conferencing, project management software).
  • Experience in managing supplies and inventory.
  • Certification in a relevant field (e.g., CMI, ISSA) is a strong asset.
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and public health.
