The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with at least seven years of experience specifically in solar PV system design and engineering. A strong understanding of solar components (panels, inverters, batteries), grid interconnection standards, and relevant software (e.g., PVSyst, AutoCAD) is essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with remote teams and clients. Professional engineering licensure is a plus.
