  • Analyze system performance data and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies for renewable energy applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system design and operation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Renewable Energy or a related discipline is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in renewable energy systems engineering.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing solar PV, wind, or hybrid energy systems.
  • Proficiency in energy modeling and simulation software.
  • Strong understanding of power electronics, grid interconnection, and energy storage technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong project management and communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and safety practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently in a remote setting.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is a significant advantage.
