  • Associate's degree or equivalent certification in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • A strong interest in aviation and air traffic control operations.
  • Basic understanding of electronic systems, networks, and computer hardware/software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Prior experience with aviation systems or ATC is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours if required to cover operational needs.
