  • Monitor crop health and disease outbreaks, recommending appropriate interventions.
  • Conduct research and field trials to evaluate new crop varieties and farming techniques.
  • Prepare detailed agronomic reports and recommendations for clients.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in agronomy, soil science, and agricultural technology.
  • Foster sustainable agricultural practices to enhance productivity and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, or a related agricultural discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in agronomy, with a strong emphasis on crop management and soil fertility.
  • Proven experience with precision agriculture technologies and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent understanding of plant physiology, pathology, and entomology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in using agricultural software and data management platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively in a remote setting.
  • A passion for agricultural innovation and sustainable farming practices.
  • Knowledge of diverse crop types and farming systems.
