- Extensive experience in modern synthetic organic chemistry techniques and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of structure-activity relationships (SAR) and computational chemistry tools.
- Expertise in analytical techniques and instrumentation (NMR, LC-MS, HPLC, GC).
- Demonstrated experience in managing research teams and external CROs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex scientific information effectively.
