  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in automotive systems engineering, with a strong focus on integration and validation.
  • Proven experience with complex automotive electronic systems and their interactions.
  • Proficiency in system integration methodologies and tools (e.g., CANoe, Vector VT System, MATLAB/Simulink).
  • Solid understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet).
  • Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS) and configuration management systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating with diverse teams in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with automotive safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262) is a plus.
  • A dedicated, professional home office environment with reliable high-speed internet is required.
