Required Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. in Computational Chemistry, Cheminformatics, or a closely related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in computational chemistry within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Proven expertise in molecular modeling software (e.g., Schrödinger Suite, MOE, Discovery Studio) and force fields.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in scientific computing libraries (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas).
  • Demonstrated experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their application to chemical data.
  • Experience with QSAR modeling, pharmacophore modeling, and virtual screening techniques.
  • Excellent understanding of drug discovery principles and processes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate in a remote setting.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
