Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full project lifecycle for major infrastructure development projects.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex civil engineering and construction projects on time and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Strong understanding of relevant regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle complex stakeholder relationships.
