Qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressively responsible experience in reservoir engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in reservoir simulation software (e.g., ECLIPSE, CMG, PETREL RE), reservoir characterization techniques, and production forecasting.
- Strong background in reservoir economics, risk analysis, and decision-making under uncertainty.
- Proven ability to lead complex reservoir studies and deliver impactful recommendations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead technical efforts in a fully remote environment.
- Experience with unconventional reservoirs and/or enhanced oil recovery (EOR) techniques is highly desirable.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification is a plus.
