  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for process changes.
  • Utilize process simulation software to model and test process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers in process engineering best practices.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices in industrial engineering.
  • Report on process performance metrics and identify areas for further optimization.
Qualifications:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in industrial process engineering.
  • Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred), and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Extensive experience with process simulation and modeling software.
  • Strong knowledge of automation, control systems, and data analytics in industrial environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
  • Experience in diverse industrial sectors is a plus.
