  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical engineering challenges.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in Power Systems.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international accreditation.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in electrical power systems engineering.
  • Demonstrated expertise in power system analysis software (e.g., PSS/E, ETAP, PowerWorld).
  • In-depth knowledge of power system protection, control, and automation.
  • Experience with renewable energy integration and grid modernization projects.
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC), and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently and lead technical projects in a remote setting.
