Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of complex civil engineering projects, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to client requirements.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to a remote team of civil engineers and designers.

- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design and project management.
- Extensive experience in at least two of the following areas: transportation engineering, water resources engineering, geotechnical engineering, or site development.
- Proficiency in civil design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley MicroStation, HEC-RAS, SWMM, etc.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, soil mechanics, hydrology, and structural analysis.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
