- Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client presentations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in civil engineering.
- Lead the development of sustainable and resilient infrastructure solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional registration.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design and project management.
- Extensive experience in at least two of the following areas: transportation engineering, water resources engineering, geotechnical engineering, or site development.
- Proficiency in civil design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley MicroStation, HEC-RAS, SWMM, etc.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, soil mechanics, hydrology, and structural analysis.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead remote teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
